About Moi

My Photo
Welcome to my blogspot! I'm Val. My blog is potpourri of fun, information, anecdotes and resources. I have been a Lupus/Fibromaylgia Patient for many years. I faired very well by being pro-active with alternative eating, herbal supplements and anything that helps to keep life light and happy. The biggest part of that scenario is God in my life. I have lived through tremendous adversity that some say should have wiped me out. O but no, I'm not going out like that! I have too much to accomplish here. I love designing and making jewelry, website/blog construction, affiliate marketing, and anything I can do on the computer that is positive and fruitful. I'd love to you to surf my site and don't go without letting know you were here. I would do the same for you. God Bless you! valsank aka Charyshed

In the news and especially on Oprah, we have been hearing all about driving and texting, talking on the phone while driving.  Just being cautioned about using our cell phones in a safer way.
Well the way I was going, my cell phone was about to get me in trouble.  Not, what you may be thinking but, just walking down the street, or in the grocery store doing my shopping...
Imagine this, My purse on my shoulder, my cell in my hand, so far no problem.  I go into the store and grab a cart, now I need both hands to manuver the cart.  Do I put my phone in my purse? Because if I do, then I need to put it where I can grab it before it stops ringing.  I need to lock the keyboard because without a doubt I'm going to purse-call someone that I really don't want to talk to.  Not only will I call them once, i'll probably purse-call them 4 times.

I wear reading glasses, i'm constantly taking them on and off.  If I keep them on, I can't see where I'm walking, but when I need to read a label or a small sign I need to have my reading glasses handy.  Another item I'm digging for in my purse or I end up losing them by setting the down somewhere, like on a store shelf, at the cash register or anywhere, who knows. This will make sense if you keep reading, lol.

Back to the celly, I can guarantee it's going to ring as soon as I get up to the cash register and i'm scuffling for my club card and my credit card.  Omg, what to do.

I have seen many women, purse in one had, phone in the other hand, not really paying attention to what's going on around her.  Women seem to be targets anyway, because a lot of us don't really pay attention to what is going on around us.  We should be more careful.

Well my situation got to be so much that I carry my phone with me, but I can't take the time to answer every call.  I usually get home and see the missed calls and find out that someone at home wanted me to grab something at the store I just left or something like that.

I know there are several solutions on the market and I have tried a few.  Well, let's see there is the belt clip accessory, but I don't wear a belt and I really don't have a waist anymore, so I've tried clipping it to my purse.  That wasn't successful because it would get knocked off.  Thankfully I always found it or heard the noise of the phone being knocked off.  But I am a smartphone gal and if I lost one of my smartphones, I would be up the creek.  I had to have insurance and make sure my contacts were backed up.  Even with that I just didn't want to lose my phone.

Another solution, the "Clip it", I thought hey this is great for women, so I purchased one.  Unclipping the clip it wasn't as easy as it looked on the commercial.  Also, did you know you had to attach that thing to your phone? If you have a black berry i'm sure you don't want to glue something to your phone, that's just not cool.

There were many others but, they didn't work for me.
I have created a solution for women that I believe most women will love. I plan to introduce it really soon.  In the process of creating a solution for my celly, I have designed some solutions for keeping up with those reading glasses.  I have lost 3 pair within 2 months time.
Stay tuned so that you won't miss out.  Be sure to get my updates and you will be able to be the first to get this wonderful new product.
